10 Chambers is looking for a team lead for our growing programming team. As the Programming Team Lead, you will manage our programming team to help them reach their goals within our projects.

We see that you are an experienced programmer that wants to evolve and learn as a leader. Your primary job will be to lead the programming team on a day to day basis, to make sure that everyone knows what to do, why they are doing it and have an idea of how to do it. As the team lead it is your job to make sure all the needs of the team are communicated, we will rely on you that our programming team is thriving.

The role as programming team lead is a varied role where you help maintain best programming practices to maintain a high-quality code base as well as be a part of the planning, evaluation and development processes of your team members.

We’re looking for a team lead with strong communication skills. At 10 Chambers, you will get to work daily with talented developers from a wide range of disciplines in an open, non-competitive, and highly collaborative environment.

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of game programming experience
  • Previous leadership experience
  • A desire to build and grow well-functioning teams
  • A structured mindset for planning and following up team progress
  • Very strong collaboration and communication skills
  • Fluent in English, written and spoken (Swedish is not a requirement)

Bonus Qualifications

  • Experience with C# and Unity
  • Experience with PC & Console titles
  • Experience from multiple game systems such as Animations, Network and AI

10 Chambers is a scale-up game studio based in the beautiful city of Stockholm, Sweden. We are an ambitious team of creative and highly experienced developers with a lifelong love for games. Right now, we’re working on GTFO, a 4-player hardcore co-op action/horror FPS currently in Early Access.
